Peter Scheidt will discuss his current body of work on view in the gallery titled “[non]functional”. Peter Scheidt’s creative studio work is research and concept-driven yet firmly grounded in the craft of furniture and woodworking. Scheidt lives in Ames, IA where he teaches Wood + Material Studies for the Art and Visual Culture Department in the College of Design at Iowa State University.
This event is free and open to the public, all are welcome and drop-ins are encouraged. Light refreshments will be served.
