As part of the 20th anniversary of Austin’s worst known flooding in 2004, Tim Ruzek of Cedar River Watershed District, will present on the area’s long history of flooding. Tim will share dozens of flood photos from 1903 through this past summer. He also will share flood facts going back to the flood of 1858 that wiped out a few river towns in Mower County.
