Pregnancy is a time full of emotion and change for more than just your body. Our Prenatal practices focus on offering information, empowerment. and community. Increasing the sense of well-being for expectant mothers and their babies.
Our Prenatal sessions are lead by a Registered Prenatal Yoga Instructor who has been trained to help you more completely enjoy your pregnancy. Each session is comprised of six classes. Each class has a specific theme designed to increase your connection to both your body and your baby while strengthening and supporting your body and mind for pregnancy, birth, and the post-partum process
