November is that slow time of year where it feels like nothing is happening, but we should still be thankful and appreciate what this time of year has to offer. Join us at the interpretive center on Saturday, November 2nd, from 1 PM to 2 PM for a free naturalist-led hike that will focus on mindfulness in nature. This will include practices such as sensory pauses, breathing methods, listening to nature, and much more. As an additional treat, there will be the opportunity to learn what makes the late fall season important to nature, diving into the phenology happening behind the scenes and how one can find even the lull of the season to be vibrant and exciting!
