To sign up for the book study please call the Austin Public Library at 507-433-2391. Those that sign up can pick up a free copy of the book provided by The Next Chapter, Inc. at a the Austin Public Library.
Please join us on January 31st from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the Austin Public Library MN for an informative book study on the prevention of teen suicide. Our very own Cynthia Momsen, Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, will be leading a discussion on the book “Dead Serious: Breaking the Cycle of Teen Suicide. This book is a guide for teenagers, parents, etc., to help recognize the signs of suicidal ideation, to help prevent mental health breakdowns, and to educate us on the most helpful responses in a crisis.
